Planning and Zoning Public Hearing August 28, 2019, 6:00PM Abita Springs Town Hall Mr. & Mrs. Blackwall, 22221 Level Street, will come before the Planning & Zoning Commission for approval of a side yard variance of 13 feet, for an addition to the rear area of their home. This request will be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission at the next meeting which is scheduled for August 28, 2019 at 6:00pm in the Abita Springs Town Hall. Principal Engineering recommends award of the gravity sewer rehabilitation project bid to Gulf Coast Underground, LLC. The amount of the lowest responsive bid is $2,423,360.80. All aspects of the low bid appear to be in order.
