PUD Moratorium
PUD Moratorium: An ordinance will be presented at the September 11th Public Committee Meeting to place a one-year moratorium on the approval of all future Planned Unit Developments. Upon the Board’s favorable recommendation, the ordinance would be introduced on September 18th with a public hearing and consideration of adoption on October 16th.
