All dates, times and events should be cleared with the Town Event Coordinator, Joe Dillon.  Deposits are required to hold a facility.  

For rentals you must fill out and submit the rental form.

 

Plaza Rentals

Event Rental Package 1 -
Town Employee on Premise*
4 Hour Event Time 
Includes:Exclusive Use of Pavilion, Plaza Area and Restrooms
Rental Fee $1,000.00
Clean-Up Fee $200.00
Security/Damage Deposit $ 300.00
(Museum Rental: Additional $250. For 1 hour for Bridal Party – Upon Availability)
Event Rental Package 2 -
Town Employee on Premise *
8 Hour Event Time
Includes: Exclusive Use of Pavilion, Plaza Area, and Restrooms
Rental Fee $2,000.00
Clean-Up Fee $200.00
Security/Damage Deposit $300.00
(Museum Rental: additional $250.
For 1 hour for Bridal Party – Upon Availability)
* Employee on Site $25/ Hour
* Deputies fee may be applicable $152.00 / 4 Hours (with a 4 Hour Minimum)
$38/Hour for every hour over 4 hours
TOWN HALL RENTAL
Rental Fee  $60.00 per hour
All Day (8 Hours) Rental Fee $425.00
Clean-Up Fee $200.00
Security/Damage Deposit $200.00
PAVILION – UPSTAIRS LEVEL RENTAL

Includes: Upstairs Level of Pavilion ONLY
Rental Fee $125.00 per Hour
Clean-Up Fee $200.00

PICNIC SHELTERS
2 Hour Minimum

Rented According to Hours of Use
