Plaza Rentals

Event Rental Package 1 -
4-Hour Event Time 
Includes: Exclusive Use of Pavilion, Plaza Area, and Restrooms
Rental Fee: $2,000.00
Clean-Up Fee: $250.00
Security/Damage Deposit: $500.00
(Museum Rental: Additional $250.00. For 1 hour for Bridal Party – Upon Availability)

8-Hour Event Time
Includes: Exclusive Use of Pavilion, Plaza Area, and Restrooms
Rental Fee: $4,000.00
Clean-Up Fee: $250.00
Security/Damage Deposit: $500.00
(Museum Rental: additional $250. For 1 hour for Bridal Party – Upon Availability)
* Deputies fee may be applicable $152.00 / 4 Hours (with a 4 Hour Minimum) for any event with 50+ attendees and/or if alcohol beverages being served.
$38/Hour for every hour over 4 hours.
TOWN HALL
Rental Fee: $125.00 per hour
All Day (8 Hours) Rental Fee: $1,000.00
Clean-Up Fee: $250.00
Security/Damage Deposit: $500.00

PAVILION – UPSTAIRS 
Rental Fee: $125.00 per hour
Includes: Upstairs Level of Pavilion ONLY
Clean-Up Fee $250.00
Security/Damage Deposit $500.00
