ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
TOWN OF ABITA SPRINGS
LEVEL STREET AND BURVANT STREET
ROADWAY REHABILITATION
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Town of Abita Springs at the Town of Abita Springs Town Hall, 22161 Level Street, Abita Springs, LA until 2:00 P.M. central standard time on THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2024, for LEVEL STREET AND BURVANT STREET ROADWAY REHABILITATION. At the time and place stated above, all bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened.
The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in HIGHWAY, STREET, AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION.
Contract Documents are on file at the offices of KYLE ASSOCIATES, LLC office located at 638 VILLAGE LANE NORTH, MANDEVILLE, LA 70471, (985) 727-9377, EXT 202 and are open for public inspection.
Electronic Copies (in Adobe portable document format) of Contract Documents may be secured by bidders from KYLE ASSOCIATES, LLC AT EPOWELL@KYLEASSOCIATES.NET. Printed copies of Contract Documents may be secured from KYLE ASSOCIATES, LLC with a ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY Dollar ($150.00) per set deposit. Checks for paper copies should be made payable to KYLE ASSOCIATES, LLC.
Deposits for paper copies of contract documents will be refundable to bona fide prime bidders and will be 50% refundable to all others with return of complete and unmarked documents no later than 10 days after receipt of Bids.
The bids shall be presented in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28TH at 10:00 A.M. at the Town of Abita Springs Town Hall, 22161 Level Street, Abita Springs, LA.
The Town of Abita Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause, pursuant to the provisions of LRS 38 – Public Bid Law.
