NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 PROJECT MANAGEMENT, GRANT ADMINISTRATION, & ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

The Town of Abita Springs is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional services related to project management, grant administration, and administrative support for federally and state funded programs, including FEMA, HUD, FHWA, GOHSEP, and other applicable funding sources.

The RFQ will be available on the Town’s official website at www.townofabitasprings.com and on LaPAC (Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network) https://wwwcfprd.doa.louisiana.gov/osp/lapac/dspBid.cfm?search=department&term=185 .

Qualified firms will be evaluated and selected in accordance with the published RFQ requirements.

Submission Deadline and Opening

All responses must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Responses will be opened and reviewed thereafter in accordance with the RFQ procedures.

Selection Process

Evaluation and ranking of submissions will occur following the opening of responses. The Town anticipates commencing selection and contract negotiation with the highest-ranked firm thereafter, subject to internal review and approval.
