Allen Road Overlay

St. Tammany Parish has started work on the Allen Road overlay. Drivers are urged to use caution during road construction.
Update from St. Tammany Parish: The contractor began patching the roadway on Monday 7/23/18, they have completed that part of the work. The contractor will begin Milling the roadway on Monday 7/30/18. That should take approximately 2 days. Once completed they will begin to install the asphalt reinforcement grid followed by the 2” thick asphaltic Concrete wearing course and striping. The work should take a few weeks to complete, weather permitting.
