ADVERTISE AS A PUBLIC HEARING

The owners and developers of the property known as the Quail Farm Trace, on Hwy 435 will attend the meeting scheduled for March 28, 2018 to gain approval of a New Conceptual Plan which will be presented in order to move forward with the requested Re-Zoning of the property to a Planned Unit Development. The Planning & Zoning Commission will review this documentation in order to make the required recommendation to the Town Council. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting which will be held in the Abita Springs Conference Room at 6 pm.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR A PUBLIC HEARING

A Recommendation is required from the Planning & Zoning Commission, to amend the Abita Oaks Developmental Agreement concerning the required parking lots. This request will be discussed at a Public Hearing held on March 28, 2018 in the Abita Springs Conference Room at 6 pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
