Notice is hereby given that the following items will be discussed at the September 25, 2019 Planning and Zoning Meeting in the Abita Springs Town Hall at 6:00 PM

Raley & Raley are requesting a side line set back variance of 7 feet on an irregular shaped lot (lot # 4) in Terrace Trace, Golden Street.
Mr. Darrin Fisher will seek approval of a 5-foot side-yard setback variance on a 60’ X 150’ lot at the corner of Leonard and Bryan Streets.
Discussions will be held regarding development of property in the New Abita area by local developer Raymond Pasqua.

These requests will be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission at the next meeting which is scheduled for September 25, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Abita Springs Town Hall. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
