New Utility Disconnect Policy, Effective Immediately!

Utility bills go out on or near the 10th of each month.

The day after the due date, late fees are applied. Disconnect notification door hangers go out 5 business days after the due date.

If your past due amount is not paid by 10:00 A.M.,on the Monday following the 15th, of the next month, services will be disconnected.

No account will be allowed to be more than one month past due.
