January 30, 2019

The Abita Springs Planning & Zoning Commission will review the following requests at the January 30, 2019 meeting, which will be held in the Abita Springs Town Hall, at 6:00 pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend this public hearing.

1. Mr. Babin, 22480 Indian Trail will seek approval to re-subdivide the property he owns into two separate pieces. The 1.802 acres will become two parcels. This request will be reviewed at the next Planning & Zoning Meeting which will be held on January 30, 2019 in the Abita Springs Town Hall. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

2. The Guidry Family will seek approval to re-sub the property known as Sq. 6, corner of Laurel and Grover Streets into lots 2A-1 and 2A-2. The Commission will review this request at the January 30, 2019 meeting held in the Abita Springs Town Hall at 6:00 pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
