Planning & Zoning Meeting February 22, 2017
Mr. Raley will seek approval of a side yard setback variance for new construction on the oddly shapped lot named lot 3, Terrace Trace. This variance request will be reviewed as a public hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on February 22, 2017, @ 6 pm in the Abita Springs Conference Room. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
Alex Midence, 23046 Brookforest Road, will seek a variance to the Brookforest Ordinance concerning the limit of one electric meter per property owner. Mr. Midence would prefer to have a separate meter on the guest house that is currently under construction. This issue will be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission at the meeting on February 22, 2017 scheduled for 6 pm in the Abita Springs Conference Room. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
