WHO & WHAT
A busker is a street performer who works for tips. We bring in some of the very best musicians from the streets of the French Quarter each year.
2020 is our tenth annual free festival. It was established to preserve and present Louisiana roots music and has grown in popularity with each passing year. It is not, however, an opportunity for busking. It is a concert/festival sponsored by the Abita Springs Opry and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival & Foundation, Inc.
On top of all that, the Abita Springs Art & Farmers Market folds into this scrumptious mix at 11AM Buy local!
