PUBLIC HEARING ADVERTISEMENT
FOR P&Z MEETING MAY 30, 2018
John D’Hemmecourt will come before the P&Z Commission for approval to re-sub his 35-acre parcel into 3 parcels. The property has frontage on Teal Road and each lot will have direct access to Teal Road.
Mr. & Mrs. Arnett will seek a recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission to annex a parcel of land know as Lot 5, Clear Creek Road into the Corp Limits of Abita Springs. The current survey shows a triangular portion of this lot to be located within the boundaries of Abita Springs. The Arnetts would like the entire parcel to be governed by Abita.
These issues will be discussed as a Public Hearing on May 30, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Abita Springs Conference Room. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
