NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Planning and Zoning

At a scheduled Public Hearing, The Hansens will ask for approval of a Front and Side Yard Variance to build a new home on 7th Street. In order to avoid a natural drainage ditch, which runs through the middle of the lot, a variance of 10 feet closer to both the front and side property lines will be required. This issue will be discussed at the next Planning & Zoning Meeting scheduled for April 25, 2018 in the Abita Springs Conference Room at 6pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
Postponed to May 30, 2018 Meeting
At a scheduled Public Hearing, The Abita Springs Planning & Zoning Commission will once again review the proposed amendments to the Abita Oaks Developmental Agreement concerning the Parking Lots. This will be addressed at the meeting scheduled for May 30, 2018 in the Abita Springs Conference Room at 6pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend
