PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE ABITA SPRINGS PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION’S MEETING

AUGUST 30, 2017

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD TO HEAR THE REQUEST BY MR HOSCH TO RE-SUBDIVIDE A PIECE OF LAND LOCATED ON INDIAN TRAIL. LOT 3’s CURRENT FRONTAGE MEASURES 239.7 FEET, THIS LOT WILL BE BROKEN INTO TWO BUILDABLE HOME SITES, EACH WITH AT LEAST 100 FEET OF FRONTAGE ON INDIAN TRAIL. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 30, 2017 IN THE ABITA SPRINGS CONFERENCE ROOM AT 6 PM.

CITADEL RESIDENTIAL HAS OBTAINED SQUARE 9 AT THE END OF LAUREL STREET NEAR THE ABITA RIVER. THEIR INTENT IS TO SUBDIVIDE THE SQUARE INTO THREE BUILDABLE LOTS. THIS REQUEST WILL BE REVIEWED AT THE PLANNING & ZONING MEETING SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 30, 2017 AT 6 PM IN THE ABITA SPRINGS CONFERENCE ROOM. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS PUBLIC HEARING.
