Sunday, July 2nd: Come celebrate the 4th!

Abita Springs will celebrate Independence Day on SUNDAY, JULY 2nd from 5 pm to 10 pm. This years host is the VFW Post 8720 and the Town of Abita Springs will continue to support the event.

It will begin with a Flag Retirement Program. There will be lots of food and beverages for sale.

We will have the return of the amazing band Supercharger. They are a Northshore-based rock band that has been performing locally since late March 2010. Because of superb musicianship and vocal abilities, Supercharger is able to perform songs that other bands cannot. They play a carefully chosen variety of material from the 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and present.

AND LET'S NOT FORGET FIREWORKS AROUND 8:15.

The band will continue to play after the fireworks. So, make sure to bring your blanket, chair and the desire to have a fabulous evening!
