PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC HEARING FOR JANUARY 25TH, 2017
Ryan Murphy, corner of North & Hickory Streets, will attend the January 25, 2017 Planning & Zoning meeting seeking approval of a side yard setback variance of less than 3 feet for an addition to his home.
The Planning & Zoning Commission will discuss the possibility of making a recommendation to annex a parcel of land into our corp. Limits, measuring approximately 30.2 acres along the unopened portion of the Harrison Road extension. This parcel will be added to the Abita Meadows property and become part of the planned PUD.
All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting scheduled for January 25, 2017 in the Abita Springs conference room at 6pm.
