Planning & Zoning Public Hearing- July 26


A Public Hearing will be held in order for the Abita Springs Planning & Zoning Commission to review a request from the owners of the Abita Meadows PUD, to re-subdivide a 30 acre parcel from the proposed layout. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting scheduled for July 26, 2017 @ 6pm in the Abita Springs Conference Room.

A newly formed Committee consisting of 4 members of the P&Z Commission and a resident of the Town, under the supervision of the Town Attorney as well as the Mayor, will review the current Subdivision Ordinance which was adopted 4-19­2005 to see if valid changes should be recommended to the Town Council. All interested parties are welcome to attend this meeting which is scheduled for July 20, 2017 @5:30 in the Abita Spring Conference Room.

The Abita Springs Planning & Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Abita Springs Town Council, concerning changes to the current Subdivision Ordinance which was adopted 4/19/2004. All interested parties are welcome to attend this Public Hearing scheduled for July 26, 2017 @ 6pm in the Abita Springs Conference Room.
