The Public Works & Maintenance Department is responsible for the major utilities and infrastructure of the town. The department is responsible for operating and maintaining public services: gas, water, wastewater, streets, and town maintenance. The town has a contract with Coastal Waste Services for trash disposal. The goal of the Public Works & Maintenance Department is to provide these services in a comprehensive, efficient, and cost effective manner.
