The Abita Springs Trailhead Museum is a quaint folk art museum located at 22049 Main Street. The mission of the museum is to celebrate, display and support the history and culture of Abita Springs.
Our Abita Springs Park sits alongside the picturesque 31 mile long bike path, the Tammany Trace and next to the beautiful Abita River. It features a Great Lawn which is perfect for a picnic.
Our Abita Playground is the only one of its kind. It's design is uniquely "Abita” . Features include the ‘Abita River Monster” and "Choctaw Trading Post”. The zip-line is a favorite! Playground is located next to the Great Lawn and is open during regular park hours, dawn till dusk
